Notices: £94 includes section 21 and 8 notice includes a process server who will serve the notice in person if required, includes tax. Soon as we are instructed we will draft and serve the notice. It does not matter where you live, we cover ALL of England & Wales.
Possession proceedings: £580 we prepare the claim and lodge it with the court. We pay the £150 court fee, the Barrister fee, who will attend court to carry out the work and plead your claim.
Depending on your claim, you maybe able to obtain a possession order, judgment for rent arrears and judgment for court and legal fees against the tenant within the same claim.
Drafting of lease: for disrepair please speak to our senior consultant
Bailiffs: We can arrange private or court appointed bailiffs to lock out the tenant. The cost of this is from £195.
